Hello ladies. I was referred here by fullmetalpanic. I thought I'd join up and see what's going on.
(I'm the guy who is in the NYC car show contest)

I live in western NY and drive a 2009 Lancer GTS. Ya, it's not an EVO, but I've done lots of mods to it, performance wise and styling wise and she's coming along nicely now. I've got lowering springs and rims to be installed in the next week or so and more plans for this summer.

I'm hoping to join in here and have the girls show me how it's done, lol and maybe I help out as well.

looks good, bro. does your gts have the 2.0L or 2.4L? i don't remember what year they started with the 2.4L. welcome to the club!

No, I'm not on Tristateevo. I'll have to check them out. And ya we get decent gas mileage as long as you dont have the pedal to the floor all the time.

Thanks. I have the 2.4L. The 2.4 started with the 2009 model year, which started in may of 2008 lol. I got my 2009 in june of 2008.

Lancers are always welcome on my forum..

I wouldnt mind having a lancer for a DD. That would be fun.

Ya I'm loving this lancer. My background is in muscle cars (mustangs) and now that I've gone to the dark side lol, I love it. I like the lancer for a DD, but if I keep doing stuff to it and turbo it eventually it might not be a DD anymore. lol.

Nothing wrong with having a turbo as a DD
