Since this is a venting thread, I'm gonna bring it back around and vent!
So today I got one of my Q&A scores from my super and they marked me off for something that was not even in the policies! Let me tell you I just let it slide while I was in the meeting, but now that I keep thinking about it I get even more po'd! Seriously if they wanted me to cover that with the customer they should put it in the Q&A guidelines and cover it in training for the new campaign we just started..... grrrrr!!!! ok I'm done. Thx.

so i found this big as bettle looking thing crawling behind the curtain. i killed it because i heard it crunch but now i cant find its body amongst all the boxes near the window.
